We stayed 2 nights en route to further south. Firstly we loved Rodez and this hotel is absolutely perfectly situated. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The location of this place is very convenient, you can find everything you need walking distance from there. The hotel itself is a bit old and noisy. The staff was not friendly at all and lacked a lot of professionalism and management: the lady from the reception kicked us out of the lobby around 10pm because she was closing it. During check-in we asked if we could have a late check-out and she said there were no problem. The check-out morning she insisted that we no longer had the late check-out possibility and we needed to empty the room. She did not apologize she just said she needed the room....
I would say the place is okay for a short businesses stay but I would definitely not recommend it for a longrr stay especially for leisure
Brilliant location, nice staff and cheap price
Rooms were comfortable and free parking. A little dated and tiny lift. Also meals were nice but in my opinion overpriced. Good central location.
Location is prefect opposite Cathedral and with parking. After an initial misunderstanding the problem was swiftly rectified by friendly and obliging staff. The rooms were adequate but the dining room and meal better than expected, the aligot good.
Very friendly family-run hotel in a great location (just beside the Cathedral). It has a very good restaurant serving simple, tasty, authentic cuisine.Very good value for money.
